Placing an order  

Simply add your chosen items to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" icon on the product page. To change quantities, enter the new number and hit "View My Cart".

In "Shopping Cart" make the changes and hit "Update My Changes". To remove an item, hit the "Bin" icon. While on this screen, select your preferred delivery option and enter any discount or promotion codes.

Once complete, hit "Checkout Now" and fill in your Billing Information, Shipping Method and Payment Details.

 

Reorder  

It is easy to track the teas you have purchased in the past. Your purchases are automatically added to a reorder section of your profile. If you don't care for an item, delete it.

 

Billing errors

Our friendly online team will gladly resolve any billing errors; just email us with any issues.

Change billing details

If you need to update your billing details, all you need to do is visit the billing information page in your account. Any changes will be instant.

 

Out of stock items

We aologise if your chosen tea or tea accessory is out of stock. Many stock items are imported with lead times of many months. You can pre order and we will ship it when the item becomes available.

 

Cancelling an order

If you change your mind about a purchase, visit the order history page in your account and click "Cancel order" next to the item that has yet to be processed. After the order is processed it moves into production/despatch and beyond cancellation.

 

Refund of cancelled order

An order cancellation will need a manual refund of your purchase. Some banks take a few days to return the credit, but the transaction ocurrs as soon as you click "Cancel order".
