At Tea Leaves we strive to maintain the highest standards of tea quality and service. However, even with the best intentions, things can go wrong. 
 

Return PRODUCT

If you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact us immediately. We require you to return the product in its original packaging, for examination and testing. If the product is found to be unsatisfactory as claimed, we will replace the product or offer a full refund.
 

Return WHEN

We want you to be delighted with your purchase and if you want to exchange or refund a product, please contact us within 14 days of purchase date, quoting your order number.

Return items in original packaging with evidence of purchase.


Return SHIPPING

The customer shall pay Shipping of returns/refunds. Original shipping rates are refundable when the value of the goods is also refunded.


Return CREDITS

Manual refund shall generally be by Credit card or EFT via internet, to suit the customer.
