Great Tea FlavourBy: Gay McDonald on 19 May 2025This is the nicest tasting tea I have had in a very long time. I like a strong-flavoured tea, and this meets my needs well. Also, the fine-cut leaves are easy to brew up in a cup, settling to the bottom of the cup after a brief wait. So easy to enjoy a cup of tea without fussing with tea bags, strainers and pots - especially if you are the only person in the household who drinks tea!

(Almost) Impossible to get wrongBy: Norman on 24 July 2019This tea will provide a reliable pot of tea that is drinkable almost regardless of how much you put in - it is almost impossible to get wrong, as the tea does not get bitter when made stronger or left too long. Flavour is not complex - just tea-like. Can also be used for culinary purposes.

DavidBy: David Larner on 18 June 2019For forty years we have been drinking New Guinea BOP tea. We first purchased it from Queensland importers until the plantations changed hands and we were no longer able to obtain it until a local Tasmanian firm were able to supply us. They stopped getting the product and that is when we started purchasing from Tea Leaves. It is the same fine quality tea from the New Guinea highlands that we have loved for many years. Thank you Tea Leaves!
