A large percentage of Cacao Powder is blended with Pu-erh Tea, resulting in a tantalising cocoa burst of flavour, supported by an earthy, woody taste of Pu-erh leaves.
Pu-erh leaves are re-hydrated after fermentation to give a second fermentation; they are called post-fermented teas. After production, they are stored in cool cellars or underground for one or more years.
