Tealeaves’ Gusinian Tea is a bold and distinctive blend of China and Assam black teas, offering a rich, full-bodied cup with a naturally sweet undertone. The strength of Assam is perfectly balanced by the smooth, mellow character of China tea, creating a robust yet rounded brew that satisfies with every sip.

Grusinian tea, also known as Georgian tea, originates from Georgia, historically referred to as Grusinia in Russian. Cultivation began in the mid-18th century using Chinese tea shrubs. Traditionally hand-picked and processed using time-honoured methods, it reflects Georgia’s rich tea heritage.

Great — approaching the zenith

Well worth trying, you might love it. I don't love it as much as some other teas on here, but still 100x better than anything I've ever had from T2, and occasionally, when I brewed it just right, it was approaching heaven (like all tea should be).

Tea Leaves Response
Thank you for the great review. Enjoy your tea!
Gentle, refreshing and exciting

Teatime is always such a favorite in our household. We were first introduced to Terrys Blend 12 years ago and have not looked back, constantly exploring the exotic blends that this company offers. Wanting something a little different, the dice rolled and Grusinian was the chosen new tea to try. What an absolutely wonderful find to add to our already wonderful collection of Earl Grey, Terrys Blend, Eureka, Platinum to name a few. I highly recommend this tea for its soft refreshing aroma and gentle taste, still strong enough to excite the taste-buds; all this whilst still providing the drinker with a satisfaction of wanting another cup! Enjoy!
