Preparation:

1 Teaspoon of tea with up to 60ml of hot water (80°). Whisk with a bamboo whisk, electric whisk or a spoon, until the tea has dissolved and a foam has been achieved. Extra hot water can be added, or hot frothed milk, & sweetener for a latte finish.
