In a recent study of patients with atrial fibrillation (abnormal heart rhythm), University of California researched the most important causes of irregular heartbeats. Researchers found that the majority of triggers for the condition are easily modified by lifestyle choices that reduce alcohol and caffeine but increase exercise and sleep.
