Iced Teas

Celebrate the Summer with an iced cold Tea or Tisane.  We have curated a range of black, green or fruit infusions which are delicious iced with fresh fruits. herbs or edible flowers of your choice.  Just remember to brew your tea or tisane, double strength.  Cool down in the refrigerator then add a spritz of your choice ie: sparkling water, flavoured fizz, cordial, white wine, prosecco or champagne.  The choices are limited only by your imagination!

Iced Tea makes 2 large drinks

  • 2-4 teaspoons Black, Green or Fruit Tea (Sugar to taste optional)
  • Sparkling water or Lemonade or fizz
  • Ice 
  • Orange, Lemon & Lime slices, Grapes, Blueberries, Strawberries
  • Mint

Infuse your Tea and sugar (if using) in 300ml boiling water* for 10 minutes, strain, cool and refrigerate until ice cold.
Fill 2 large glasses with plenty of ice, distribute iced Tea infusion, and top up with sparkling water lemonade or fizz.  Finish off with fresh fruit pieces of your choice.

*If infusing Green Tea, use hot water at 80°C
